This collection of jewelry was specially commissioned to commemorate the state visit of American President Barak Obama to Ireland in May 2011. It combines the dual ancestral heritage of President Obama - a traditional Celtic image to represent his Irish roots in County Offaly and a tribal image from the President’s father’s tribe, the Luo.
