Free Returns Service

With over 15 years experience of selling online here at Siopa.com our aim is to have happy customers who are as passionate about our product and service as we are.   

We are so confident that you will be delighted you chose to use Siopa.com that we make returns as easy as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

For our USA customers we offer a Free Returns Policy. For all other countries you may have to pay the return postage cost and our customer service team will advise you of this in advance of processing your return.

Please note: personalized, bespoke or perishable goods are non refundable unless faulty. For reasons of hygiene, unless faulty or not as described, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on Earrings.  
 
Returns are Easy:
If you wish to return a gift, please email our customer service team at info@siopa.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and clear instructions on where to send the items you wish to return.
In your email, please state your order number and the reason for the return. If the reason for returning the product is due to damage or to an error on our part we will refund the shipping cost up to the value of the original orders shipping charge.

Returns and Exchanges can be made on full or partial transactions. No exchange or refunds are offered on purchases of Gift Vouchers. Refunds will only be made to the original card of purchase.
